So, I figured I would buy this one, try it and when it didn't deliver results, I would give it to the college kid next door who eats Ramen noodles and the only pan he has is a bed pan.. BUT I AM KEEPING IT!! It's great. It makes the most beautiful chicken. Keeps it juicy w/beautiful lines. It's amazing. It makes amazing grilled salmon. Great price and it delivers! I really like the performance of this pan. Lighter, and much easier cleanup. Only one very large problem. The handle won't stay tight where it meets the pan. Not an up/down issue but side to side. I screwed the nut down with all of my strength and it still is a bit loose. Also the sides could be a little higher to cut down splatter.
